We recommend uploading high-resolution files (300 DPI is ideal) in .jpg or .tiff format. If your file looks “pixelated” or blurry on your screen when zoomed in, those details will be amplified on metal. If we have concerns about your file quality, we’ll reach out before we hit the press.
Gloss: Our most popular option. Great depth, vibrancy and glassy reflection that make photos stand out.
Matte: Ideal for rooms with lots of overhead lighting or large windows. Smooth surface with no glare, but still retains the detail of the metal.
Yes. Our method is completely different that of traditional print methods. The image is infused into the metal coat, making it highly resistant to fading, water damage, and scratches. These are all archival quality prints made to last 100+ years.
As our metal prints are custom made, manufacturing takes about 3-5 business days. After that, it usually takes another 1-5 business days for standard shipping. But if you’re in a hurry, we offer an Expedited Priority Rush option at checkout that will prioritize your order to get it to you faster.
Absolutely. Since the image is embedded in the metal, our prints are waterproof and rustproof. They are perfect for humid areas such as bathrooms or spas where standard paper prints would be ruined.
It is super easy to clean! Since the surface is non-porous, all you have to do is use a clean, microfiber cloth and some ammonia free glass cleaner (like Windex) to wipe away any unwanted fingerprints or dust.
Yes. All our prints come with a pre-installed float mount system. This hidden bracket offsets the print about 3/4″ from the wall, giving it a modern, gallery-style appearance without the need for a bulky frame.
As all custom items are hand-inspected prior to leaving our studio, we do not accept standard returns or changes of mind. If your print arrives with transit damage, please contact us ASAP within 30 days so that we can arrange a custom credit towards a future print.
We accept most standard formats.
