We recommend uploading high-resolution files (300 DPI is ideal) in .jpg or .tiff format. If your file looks “pixelated” or blurry on your screen when zoomed in, those details will be amplified on metal. If we have concerns about your file quality, we’ll reach out before we hit the press.

Yes. Unlike traditional paper prints where ink sits on the surface, our process uses molecular infusion. The ink is bonded into the metal coating, making it resistant to fading, moisture, and scratches. These are archival-quality pieces designed to last 100+ years.
Because our metal prints are custom-made, production typically takes 3-5 business days. Once ready, standard shipping takes an additional 1-5 business days. If you’re in a hurry, we offer an Expedited Priority Rush option at checkout that prioritizes your order for faster production and shipping.
Absolutely. Because the image is infused into the aluminum, our prints are waterproof and rust-proof. They are an excellent choice for high-moisture environments like bathrooms or spas where paper prints would normally warp.
It’s easier than you think! Since the surface is non-porous, you can simply use a clean, microfiber cloth and a bit of ammonia-free glass cleaner (like Windex) to wipe away fingerprints or dust.
Yes. All our prints come with a pre-installed float mount system. This hidden bracket offsets the print about 3/4″ from the wall, giving it a modern, gallery-style appearance without the need for a bulky frame.
Because every custom piece is meticulously hand-inspected before leaving our studio, we do not accept standard returns for change of mind. If your print arrives with blatant transit damage, please reach out within 30 days so we can evaluate a solution, such as a custom credit toward a future print.
