If a client fails to communicate or provide necessary feedback for more than 30 consecutive days, the project will be considered abandoned, and a restart fee may be required to resume work.
Ownership and Licensing
By uploading, submitting, or providing any images, designs, or content to LionPressed, you represent and warrant that you are the sole owner of such content and possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and authorize us to print such content. You retain all ownership rights to your images, but you grant LionPressed a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, process, and print the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You agree that you will not submit content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. You further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LionPressed and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these warranties or any claim that your submitted content infringes upon the rights of a third party.
